Are you an experienced leader in aged care, disability services, or community care looking to make a genuine impact? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Care Regional Manager to lead the delivery and growth of vital community services across the Victoria Daly region. 

This is a unique opportunity to drive service excellence, build strong community partnerships, and lead a dedicated workforce delivering aged care and disability supports to diverse communities, including remote Aboriginal communities.

What your day will look like, but are not limited to: 

As the Community Care Regional Manager, you'll provide both strategic and operational leadership across community care programs. You'll oversee service quality and compliance, monitor financial performance, support workforce capability, manage stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly capable leader with significant experience in aged care, disability services or community programs within a regulated environment. You bring strong knowledge of funding, quality and compliance frameworks, excellent financial and operational management skills, and a passion for delivering positive community outcomes

You will bring: 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with workforce management and performance development
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care and NDIS frameworks.
  • Proven financial, reporting and contract management capability
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Health, Business, Management or a related field, or equivalent experience

Other Requirements 

  • Criminal History Check (recent, within 3 months).
  • A current Working with Children’s Card (Ochre Card).
  • A current unrestricted Drivers Licence.
  • NDIS Workers Clearence
