How you'll make a difference
Day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Community Care programs, ensuring efficient service delivery, accurate record management, and effective communication across teams.
- Coordinate communication and meetings with Community Care teams, including organising weekly team meetings, capturing updates, and reporting progress to the Community Care Regional Manager.
- Maintain registers, databases, and client management systems, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and securely managed.

The Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is proactive and adaptable, able to support frontline staff, assist with client-related documentation, and respond to changing operational needs. They take initiative and are willing to step in where needed to keep services running smoothly.
They are committed to confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural respect, with an understanding of working within diverse communities. They value teamwork and are motivated by contributing to improved outcomes for clients and communities.
You will bring:
- Cert III or IV in Community Services, Individual Support or equivalent (desirable).
- Extensive experience in performing administrative tasks, coordinating, and facilitating.
- Well-developed communication and ability to work in a challenging, culturally diverse environment and respect the values, customs, preferences and beliefs of participants and their families
- Demonstrated commitment to work respectfully and inclusively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse people.
Other Requirements
- Criminal History Check (recent, within 3 months).
- A current Working with Children’s Card (Ochre Card).
- A current unrestricted Drivers Licence.
- First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
