How you’ll make a difference

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives on making a positive impact. We have positions available in Pine Creek, Timber Creek, Yarralin, Kalkarindji and Nauiyu community.

As the Council Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our Council Operations Manager and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly.

Day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Exceptional administrative skills, with a focus on discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Work Health & Safety principles.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who excels in administrative support and communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Other Requirements or an ability to obtain

  1. Criminal History Check (recent, within 3 months)
  2. A current Working with Children’s Card (Ochre Card)
  3. A current unrestricted Drivers Licence
