Your Role as a Customer Service Officer
As Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a vital role in assisting our Council Operations Assistant Manager and coordinating the daily operations at the reception in Pine Creek Community.
This is your chance to shine by addressing customer queries with efficiency and a smile, whether it’s in person, over the phone, or through email. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others and can maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and the community.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all Council policies are followed and that everyone who interacts with us feels valued and heard.

Who We’re Looking For
As the Victoria Daly region has a large Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population, you will need to ensure cultural sensitivity and awareness across all activities.
We want someone who is not only skilled but also has a friendly disposition and a passion for customer service. If you have a knack for multitasking and thrive under pressure, you might just be the perfect fit!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
- Strong phone manners and excellent communication skills.
- A team player who can work independently when needed.
- A basic understanding of customer service principles!
- Familiarity with WHS regulations is a plus!
